Uppkit offers delivery across Ghana where our logistics partners operate. Available regions, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when you select your delivery location. This page summarises our general approach; checkout always shows the fees and ETAs that apply to your order.
Fees vary by region, weight, and service level. The fee for your order is calculated before payment. Promotions may waive or reduce fees where stated.
Estimates are in business days and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, carrier capacity, or remote locations. We will notify you of significant delays when we are aware of them.
You may receive updates by SMS, email, or on your account order page. Ensure your phone number and email are correct at checkout.
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may reattempt or hold the parcel. Repeated failures may incur additional charges or return of goods; we will contact you using the details provided.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address or handover to you or your nominee, except where otherwise required by law.
Inspect parcels on delivery where possible. Report visible damage immediately to the courier and to our support team.
